Matching accessories supplied to coordinate with the main product may differ in shade slightly; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault (it is difficult to get a completely uniform shade across an entire sheet of glass). Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic images (dichroic glass is notoriously hard to photograph) and calibrations of different output devices (how it looks on your screen or printer).

PayPal require us to ship to your registered address. It's usually your billing address, unless you have added an additional, confirmed shipping address to your account. As all card transactions are handled through PayPal, we do not see or record any credit card details during payment transactions. All transactions are therefore encrypted and 100% secure.
We will verify your address before shipping via email if it is not clear or if there is more than one address supplied.
If you pay over the phone via card, we will only ship to the address registered for that card.
Our standard postage and packaging charge is 3.65 GBP per order (NOT per item).
Orders over 75.00 GBP we deliver for free.
We only ship to locations within the UK mainland at present. We ship "signed for" so items need a signature on delivery, and we provide a tracking number so customers can track the progress of their order. We ship second class which can take up to five working days to arrive, so please leave plenty of time if ordering a present or for a special occasion.
Orders are shipped within five working days of Fire Devil receiving the cleared payment and typically take around three working days to arrive (depending on Royal Mail). If you have an issue with a missing parcel, please contact Royal Mail.
For orders placed after 3:00 pm on a working day or at weekends and Bank Holidays, we will process them on the next available working day.
All items are delivered in a presentation box and are wrapped for safety. As we pack carefully, we cannot accept responsibility for items that have been damaged in transit so, in the case of any issues, please contact Royal Mail.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until 7 working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, email email@example.com with your details, information on the order and your instruction to cancel.
If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we will then refund the original debit or credit card used for the purchase.
Fire Devil offers a 14 day money back guarantee: jewellery must be unused and be in pristine condition and be returned with the original presentation box or packaging. So, if any product does not meet your expectations or is unwanted, then simply contact FD within 14 days of receipt clearly stating your name, address, order and reason for return. We will then email you to authorise the return and add any further instructions, if required. When we have received your returned goods we will then offer an exchange against products up to the same value or a refund, as required. Any returned items must be received by us within 28 days of the purchase date, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.
For hygiene reasons we only accept refunds on earrings for pierced ears if they are faulty. This returns policy does not apply to discounted or sale items and commissioned, bespoke or specially altered jewellery. We will not replace items which have been already worn (unless a manufacturing fault exists) or subject to rough handling or customer negligence in any way.
We would recommend for your own protection returned items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery. Fire Devil cannot accept any responsibility for returned items that have been sent back to us by normal post.
Returns postage costs:
If any items are returned because of a change of mind or if they are simply unwanted, you are responsible for the return postage costs and our original postage and packing charge will also not be refunded. If a replacement is requested for a returned item, you will not be charged for the delivery of this replacement. Our gift bags and boxes are excluded from our returns policy.
Jewellery that develops a fault within 12 months of purchase will be replaced after examination by our quality control department and confirmation that a manufacturing fault has occurred. Your postage costs incurred on ordering the faulty product will be refunded, however return shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Refund card details:
For refunds, we will refund to the credit card used for the original order payment. We aim to do this within five working days of the approval of the refund. Please note that the refund payment may take longer than this to appear on a credit card because it will be out of our control when your bank refunds the money onto the card.
If you have requested a replacement of a higher value, we will contact you to take payment information over the phone for the difference.

If you enquire via the website, we will store your email address to enable us to analyse and improve the performance of the website. We will not disclose your email address to any third party. If you place an order with us we will only disclose your personal information to legitimate third parties in order to fulfil the order, for example courier or credit card companies.
